From the supplier: Clear Difference Golf Co. has produced a driver head made of clear acrylic resin that improves on the properties of wooden heads. Clear Difference Chmn. Robert H. Good designed the transparent driver, which is now being produced using Plexiglas acrylic resins supplied by InjectoMold Inc. The acrylic head has the advantage of being shaped to allow little resistance to air when it is being used, as well as a solid composition that ensures a total transference of kinetic energy from the head to the ball.
