Rating : - Torture device
The comforte level of this product is very low. I ended up snaping the coil piece off so I could enjoy using the magnifier which by the way works well(hence the 2 stars). I hold it with one hand up to my eye and it works fine. If I need both hands free, I scrunch it between my cheek and eyesocket to hold it in place.

The company needs to go back to the drawing board to make it more user friendly.
